Michael chose the construction industry as a young man fresh out of high school.  He has extensive experience and knowledge of the construction process, from the planning stage to the final completion. He has played a key role in the management, planning, and successful execution of projects which require working with decision-makers, project managers, architects, and owners, on institutional/facility development. Michael has experience as Inspector of Record on projects ranging from $2M to $350M for both DSA and OSHPD. Some of his projects are: Santa Clara Kaiser Hospital Homestead Campus, George Mark Children’s Hospital, San Francisco Unified School District and City College of San Francisco.

Bill has over thirty years in the construction industry. Twenty years of this in the testing and inspection industry. In the early years he started working for a testing lab as a lab technician performing physical test/nondestructive tests on various materials used in construction and became very knowledgeable in the role of the testing labs duties on hospital and school projects. Bill was able to gain firsthand knowledge of materials used in construction and ran the lab department. He then ventured out into the field as a special inspector. Bill has been an OSHPD or DSA IOR on projects ranging from $100K to $350M. Some of Bills’ projects are: John Muir Hospital, Travis Air Force Base, Stanfor University Medical Center, Kaiser Hospital Homestead Campus, UCSF/Missin Campus and Mills Peninsula Health Services.

Luke has over 27 years in the construction industry. Including personal supervision, quality assurance and quality control, with the past twenty-three  years in inspection. With his background in construction of modern acute care hospitals. Luke has extensive knowledgeable of structural systems and the newest forms of construction used in Hospital construction. Some of Luke’s projects have complied with the latest in the federal government’s GGHC guidelines and he can help recommend the latest advances in the LEED program, and how it works in the real world systems. Luke has been an OSHPD or DSA IOR on projects costing up to $650 Million. Some of thes projects are: Mills Peninsula Hospital, San Mateo Union High School District, Santa Clara Valley Medical Center and San Francisco State University.
