Need help with assistance in the management of planning, design and implementation of hospitals or education facilities, including the evaluation of existing hospital/educational buildings for compliance with California Building Code regulations?

We provide review of construction documents for general conformance to the California Building Code (Title 24) and evaluate the coordination and completeness of the documents prior to submittal to the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development. We facilitate communication between the design team and OSHPD or DSA to reduce permit review time.
